Wow! I clearly do not know the DL website as well as I should. The lady who checked our luggage knew we were Medallions because we checked a total of 4 bags and she did not charge us. She even commented on our Medallion status. She must have kept the entire $20 bill which we gave her.

Maybe that was why she was so friendly and put special tags on our luggage to expedite their delivery. I suppose one could say that it was our obligation to know we were not required to pay that fee and she just thought it was a generous tip. Our bags were the first ones off of the carousel however.
