Could it be -- as of August 15th -- that international originating award trips get hit by both this more recently announced "award fuel surcharge" and the "international orginating award" fee mentioned above by Carolinian?

Given we are talking about Delta, I would not be surprised to see DL to try to shakedown SkyMiles customers even more than they already do on those international originating SkyMiles award tickets.
