It always strikes me as surprising that passengers are surprised that employees enforce rules and requirements.

The 45 minute rule in Orlando is there for a good reason and once employees make an exception for one, they have to make it for everybody.

What ever happened to remembering September 11th? The landscape of security in the airline business has changed since then and it's about time people start understanding that. Showing up at the airport 30 minutes or even 45 minutes before their flight is not always sufficient.
