Some of the codes have expiration dates, especially those associated with group, convention, or wedding travel.
The new Midwest MasterCard promo code is good for online bookings made by 07/15/2008, for travel through September 30, 2008. The code is valid between MKE and ten specific markets (apparently to compete against AirTran).
The current code is
LG375.
Though targeted for the YX branded MasterCard, it should also work for use with other branded MasterCards (it has in the past).
