How many TA segments does US fly every day? Twenty maybe? Is 13 fouled up flights out of 100 or more bad, or not so bad? Were all the other flights great? This list is only meaningful in the context of the percentage of flights it represents.

At first glance, this listing strikes me as bashing for the sake of bashing with no attempt to place the information into context, regardless of whether that context is good or bad. I have no problem calling out US when they deserve it, but I would prefer to see this data tell me something more than just a couple of negative statistics in a population of unknown size.
