Heck, back when BWI-IAD service was around (cancelled 9/6/01, IIRC), I used to have real service problems.
Once, I asked for the Raspberry sauce for my duck, and was given the Orange sauce instead.
Sure, Mimi Sheridan panned the Raspberry sauce, but when Jacque Pepin recommends it
you do not argue.
I wrote to United and demanded Double Upgrade Certificates for my next BWI-IAD flight.
Fortunately, with the route and service downgrades, I don't have to stress over whether my double upgade on the J32 will clear anymore.
