Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
It was a last minute trip, managed to book a Club Exec as they were running high occupancy due to some meetings on site. Was initially told that there were no upgrades available but I persistently asked courteously, and finally an Exec Suite became available.

How are the rooms?
It was essentially an Exec Room connected to a large living & dining room. Large & nice with a very large full bathroom, apart from the one in the bedroom, which was smallish.

How is the exec. lounge?
Very nice lounge, one of the nicest around, with great service.

Good: Complimentary mini bar was provided, 1 free pay tv.

Bad: Had to ask for the upgrade?!! No local gift ... should I bring this up to RA cust service? The bed was awful ... so very different from the IC SIN just a week ago.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? It was 8000PHP before taxes for 1 night, it works to about 9800PHP ... thats USD220, which is quite steep for Manila, i feel.

Would you return?
Yes, indeed but will look out for something with more value.
