Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a Shophouse Room and was upgraded to a Shophouse Suite.
I was made to understand that RAs will get a 2 level upgrade while Amb will get a 1 level upgrade.

How are the rooms?
The suite is a long walk from the lifts .... all the way to the end of the corridor. Nice living room with a small dining table, with a separate bedroom. Downside, there was only 1 bathroom which is accessible only from the living room and since it was on the 3rd floor, you were part of the "street" of the mall just below. It was kind of nice to watch people jostling while overlooking from the balcony and enjoying a drink.

How is the exec. lounge?
No comments as no access was given.

Good: Complimentary mini bar was provided & replenished daily, during my 4 night stay. 1 free pay tv & wonderful local gift (some scarf), which my wife loves! Check-in was in the room and all done very nicely Bed was excellent!

Bad: Nothing to bring up about the service, except that the shophouse suite looks quite worn, from the carpets & wooden flooring.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? It was SGD400 on the weekday and SGD280 on the weekend, so it averages out everything.

Yes, indeed. But will try to book the premier room to see what upgrade will be provided.
