FINALLY GOT THROUGH!!! Called at 9 am on the dot and just got through at 1:45 pm!! Went straight to the chase and booked my continental ticket! Phew! If anyone has been on from 9-10 am, dont hang up.. you may be next!

Other who may be waiting.. act soon as the website says miles expire at 12 noon Italian time!! (which has already past but looks like the miles are still redeemable)
