I had to price a multi-segment upcoming flight on UA and was getting ridiculous prices on UAL.com. UAL.com also wasn't providing me with all of the available flight choices for each segment. It wouldn't show certain flights and kept pricing high fares.
Reservations wasn't that much better because I think I was dealing with an inexperienced rep.
Frustrated, I remember one of the UA members (Mahjong guy?)had designed a software program specifically for segments. I found the link downloaded the software, inputed my segments and viola!! I found the segments I wanted on UAL.com! I also saved several hundred dollars because of this!
