Every time I check on these, TravelZoo re-directs to a Starwood-affiliated web site. Since all non-award bookings made over one of Starwood's proprietary web sites are eligible, I guess that if there was no re-direct, then the stay could be ineligible. But, I've never seen that happen booking over TravelZoo.
