Well. I stayed here on Thursday. As mentioned previously, I cancelled my award points reservation and paid $215 for a falls view room to make sure I got one. Was given 5 options for e-check-in (1502, 1503, 1603 and 1702 and 2609). I called the desk and asked which one they recommended. 2609 was recommended so I took it. A great room with wonderful views of both falls. I did ask when I checked in if there was anything better and was told there was nothing available at all. I was very happy with this room though! As previousy mentioned, managers reception with 1 drink ticket was a joke. I ended up skipping breakfast there and stopped somewhere else on the way to the airport the next morning. At times elevators were crowded, so I could not imagine how bad it would be on a weekend. Valet was over 30 minutes (even though they said 15). I ignored the tip jar at check-in. Bottom line is that this is the last time I will stay here on my on dime. And I certainly would not spent the award points required for this hotel!
