This definitely needs to be fixed.
One way or another, regardless of the backend accounting, ad free was promised to members and isn't being delivered.
More importantly, ad free needs to be an option, whether through Inside Flyer or through IB directly. And once someone has paid for ad free, IB needs to
not place ads on that member's screen.
This is just the sort of thing which degrades trust in a company and turns off loyal eyeballs (and leads one to think that a company must be savvy enough to realize this, and thus must be calculating that those eyeballs aren't worth much, and you can imagine how those eyeballs feel at the thought
