My company is currently in the process of bidding for a contract in Saudi Arabia which requires a submission on hard copy materials--no electronic or fax transmissions will be accepted. Based on the timeline of when our proposal will be ready on our end and when it must be lodged in Riyadh, standard delivery services such as UPS, FedEx or DHL seem to be out of the question.

Ideally, I need to find a business or courier service who would be capable of receiving several PDF files, printing several copies of each document, burning several CDs, and following very specific instructions regarding the packaging of the documents. Finally, we would need to receive confirmation of the delivery of our materials.

Does anyone have any experience with companies in Riyadh that might be capable of meeting my needs, or where I might find such a service?
