Depends. On a recent AE reward I had a 45 min domestic connection. And then a revised Intin was sent my way. The connection time was reduced to a mere 35 min.

I called an agent (only my 3rd time calling an AC or AE agent - the previous 2 times during IRROPS) and once again had a mature, professional agent in response to my concern that it would take a small miracle to make this connection happen. After a short wait I was re-booked to a 1.5 hour connection. Cost = 0 ^

Worth mentioning - as I did previously - one IRROPs call led to a free upgrade into C class from a Tango fare.
