The Citibank CitiBusiness Gold Visa gives 1.25 points per dollar spent, which is pretty much the best I've seen for any Visa/Mastercard. It's not availabe through the Citibank website - I only got offered it when I called to cancel my existing Citibank credit card. Annual fee is the same as the normal Citibank Gold credit card (in the event you don't get yourself a fee free one that is )
