Promised upgrade taken away because of ticket reissue after schedule change
I had a reservation on 10/28 SMF/Fll. I got the recording to call reguarding a change. When I called the agent was very nice and after trying to get the best flight for me I ended up SFO/Mia with a change of planes in IAD. After all of the changes the agent told me that she had put me in First Class on the outbound and emailed me the confirmation. 5 days later I received an email that my electronic ticket had been exchanged. I was now in coach. When I called they said that they had NO record that I had been in First. I asked th speak to a supervisor and he basically told me that was impossible. I explained to him that I have a confirmed reservation that states that and he said to bad. Do I have any recourse? Thanks for the help!
