This is great info.
I've got a POA that my Aunt did with a lawyer that needs to be redone. The "wonderful" lawyer didn't have her initial everywhere necessary and after trying to use if I've found it totally useless. Just needed the basic form and this will work out fine though I wouldn't use any forms from the net for anything "really" legal such as wills and trusts.
