My question was, which FF program is well positioned to compete with SkyMiles? Wasn't meant as a defense of a poorly run company or program...merely a discussion point. Which program do you think is better and why? I do sincerely think DL is seperating itself from the pack and that belief has nothing to do with the thickness of my skin or my employment (which seems important to you).
Do you still fly Delta? 1963 was a long time ago and things were certainly different (better) in those days.
