Keep in mind sellout possibility on ITM-NRT afternoon flights. Oftentimes I only see class J availability on it for revenue sales. As a random search, I pulled JAL availability on September 10:

ITM-NRT:

JL 3002 08:20-9:40 F4 J9 Y9

JL 3006 14:25-15:25 Y0 M0 (sellout)

KIX-HND:

all flights on JAL listed as J9 Y9

So it is likely you will need to transit HND-NRT (via limo bus most likely because of luggage)
