my understanding is we have one month grace period. if you see by May 31, it means your actual dealine is April 30. But if you earn enough miles before May 31, they will still upgrade you. But you need to email them and they will do it for you mannually. The computer does not do this if you qualify in May, rather than before April 30.

So email them.
