(a) If you access your reservation on AA.com and can change the IB seat assignment, then change it.

(b) If you can't, then call AA. They may be able to change it for you or

(c) they may tell you to call Iberia.

Only doing (a), then (b), if necessary and then (c), if necessary, will answer your question.
