Been a busy two months, and having not used KLM for a while, and therefore dropped down from Plat through Gold to Silver, I have just gone through the 40,000 level points mark, with another 40,000 to be done in the next 3 weeks |!

My status however has remained at silver, rather than gone automatically to Gold. I emailed FB and asked when my change would be reflected, and the reply was you will get your new card in approx 3 weeks.

So, does my status remain Silver until the card is issued, as by that time I will have gone into Platinum territory again, or will my "online" status reflect a change BEFORE the card(s) are issued, as I won't be able to use the gold / Platinum perks until my status changes.
