I booked PVD-IAD(UA)-VIE(OS)-ARN(OS)-PHL(US)-PVD(US) in C last night for the third week in August. I'd been holding a few different itins over the course of a week, so it is possible to string things together, but getting over the pond is very hard (hence my return on US, though ARN). Booking cost me $25 as 1P.

As of a couple days ago, I was seeing UA F through IAD-AMS/BRU/LHR as the best bets for that week. LH is completely blocked. If you want economy, there is reasonable availability (SQ FRA-EWR was available in Y). Cozy up with the ANA tool, give yourself a few days flexibility on either side, and you should find something.
