Yes, but wouldn't misrepresenting your membership in that CDP to Hertz potentially violate the contract? And therefore, invalidate any insurance you purchase along with it and/or personal car insurance? I know folks here love to use CDPs they are not authorized for, but it seems like an incredible risk to me.
