Your acting as if the airlines wouldn't do what they can to preclude rulings against them in a court of law .... and preclude such from happening by jumping in for a settlement just before a court makes a ruling that sets precedent specifically agaist them.

Wrong again. I was referring to DL making changes to the way it advertises its FFP so as not stay afoul of deceptive advertising laws.
