An airline trying to hide behind terms and conditions doesn't always work.

And you never proved a court case. This was a NEGOTIATED SETTLEMENT. Get it? No court ever said to AA their change in terms and conditions were faulty. AA settled after years of litigation.

Huge difference between a settlement by AA and a judgment against them.
