Did a trip recently to Little Rock and had a question regarding my reservation. The front desk was very vocal about not being able to do anything with reservations booked via a "third-party site". They also gave me a slip of paper offering 15% off if I booked directly with them.

I understand most, if not all, properties are franchises, but thought it strange they were so adament about diverting business from their parent organization.
