May very well be true. LAX and DEN could reduce mainline service to a few International and transcon / midcon flights a day.

UA's presence at DEN is so big, but most of the planes there are single-aisle, so it could become the primary Starfish hub, with UAX service to most of the midwest and Starfish service to the West and East coasts. I believe UA wants to expand the RJ-handling capability at DEN.
