As far as I know, EVA now operates 77W to some SFO flights. It looks like BR 17 (SFO 0140-TPE 0520+1) is operated by 77W except Tuesday and Sunday.

However if OP prefers late afternoon departure, considering go through LAX. BR11 (LAX 1730-TPE 2150+1) can fit OP's need except Wednesday and Sunday, and ALL EVA's LAX flights are operated by 77W.

China Airlines operates old 747 (74A) to SFO and no PTV in coach class. CI's LAX flights have major equipment change after July 2nd. The daytime flight (005/006) will switch to 74A except Monday and Wednesday, and the nighttime flight (007/008) will mainly remain new 747 (74B) which has PTV in coach class.
