The comment card is useless, write to George Naccara, the Federal Security Director at BOS. Be sure to copy one or two management types at Massport to make sure the letter isn't also thrown away.

Give as much detail as you can about the incident...lane number, time, where, and if you don't have the name of the screener, give a physical description of Dale Carnegie in the letter. It'll all be backed up on video.
