Sorry brp, but I beg to differ. The answer is "yes, yes".

Upon passing 1MM, eight "500-miler stickers" will be deposited into his FF account, which he can use to upgrade a cheapy fare by virtue of his new Lifetime Gold elite flying status also upon passing 1MM.
