Probable error on oneworld ticket - are they liable to honor it?

Today I booked a flight on Lan Chile from NYC-ARN (stockholm) on Lan.com
flying AY for approx $580. On the first page where I chose the flight the cabin class said economy. In the itinerary recap before I paid the cabin class said Business-R for the outbound and Economy-S for the return. I booked and paid for the flight. They emailed me a confirmation which also showed "business-R" cabin for the outbound.

I called Finnair to get my seats and was told that I was actually booked in economy not business. I then called LAN and a supervisor said they would not honor the business class outbound even though my booking confirmation clearly states that I am in business cabin. LAN policy on all online bookings is that you can cancel the flight for a full refund for 24 hours after booking so he basically told me that if I don't want to fly economy I should cancel the flight before 24 hours.

Six hours later Lan.com is still quoting the same price and same outbound business class cabin for my flights/dates.

Question: Are they obligated to honor my business class outbound even though it clearly was an error on their part (it was their error, not mine). I am AA Platinum, if I call the Platinum desk would they help me or am I just wasting my time?? The flight was not booked as AA codeshare--it was booked straight AY but AY is a oneworld partner so I thought perhaps Platinum desk might intervene.

Any advise on how to proceed would be appreciated.
