I believe the fee was $95 the last time I checked a couple days ago. I did find out that CO matched the fee increases of other airlines. American, Jetblue, Delta, US, are all $100. United is now $125.

No offense, I don't really understand the hostility. If the animal is not noticed how is it worse than self-important business people, customers of size, crying babies, smelly people, people from NJ in track suits, or women that wear too much perfume among other annoyances? I find smelly people especially annoying because there is nothing you can do about it and they aren't charged an extra fee. For those that take the animal out of their carrier, they're not following the rules. For animals that defecate and cause a smell, that can usually be quickly cleaned up. I find many other things more annoying than animals in the cabin. How do people with peanut allergies survive flights? Nut allergies are more common than pet allergies and cause more deaths. Sorry but its how i feel.
