I absolutely agree! I have had dogs all my life but they dont go on the plane. If we are on vacation the bloody animals get sent to the kennel where they can have their own vacation barking their brains out! The last thing I need is sharing my foot space with

I agree, sitting in an RJ with a barking dog......oh my headache! It has happened to me twice (not on CO)
it is only right IMO to charge more at least, increased chances of more cleaning (hair, urine etc) and the annoyance of the meow or bark the entire time really gets to other passengers.
