Current passport wait
I needed to renew a family members passport, with the travel date about 5 weeks away. The us.gov website was showing 4 weeks as the current processing time, so I just ponied up the $75, and sent it off via Priority Mail.

I got it back in the mail today, 9 days later. I'm glad I didn't pay the $60 expedite fee.
