When you bring an animal on the flight, you are suppose to give up your benefit of bringing a carryon bag. A personal item is still allowed. Since my carryon bag weighs less than the dog, it's actually increasing the weight.

No offense, if the airlines allow animals on the flight, and I am willing to pay the fee and follow the rules, then I don't care if the person next to me objects. Sorry but its how i feel.
