Put me down as one who has found the UA ICC agents to be quite helpful. Yes, sometimes I have to ask them to repeat something and sometimes I have to spend a little more time explaining what I want, but I've generally found them to be quite good. Interestingly, I wouldn't say the same thing about Delta's people in India whose training is apparently far below that of the UA agents
