Are there any current offers for HEX or Connect? I cannot find any. I was told there is a reduced fare for same-day use on HEX, but the one on the Web site only offers that for those coming FROM the city TO LHR. The Underground takes about 45 minutes to Knightsbridge, and 50 to Picadilly Circus - and will only cost £6 return with an Oyster card which you can buy from the ticket office. Tubes run every 5 mins and serve both T4 and T5. So the time you spend waiting for HEX or HConnect and getting from Paddington to central london is more-or-less offset by the extra journey time on the Tube.
