So now people are complaining that the ICC actually answers their questions correctly. The OP asked "can I cancel" and the ICC responded "yes". I don't see the issue. In this case, the ICC did absolutely the right thing - they responded to the customers inquiry and needs precisely. Only on FT would they get lambasted for doing that.
