I'm not sure that's true. I think 100% of AA's reservations are handled in the US. I have never ever ever gotten a non-US call center with AA.

I agree with an earlier poster... E+ outweighs the ICC... but barely. When I call AA, I always tell them that I love US-based support and that is what keeps me flying their airline.

The fact that the "Problems with UA's ICC" is one of the longest threads on FT says it all, I think.
