I have an extra "s" in the surname so my surname is bramasari but its spelt bramasasri on the ticket. Which will be more than $1500 more but if they don't allow me on the plane at the airport. The ticket is going to be more than $2000.
Does anybody know if they are strict on incorrect spelling. Should I take the chance or is it a too big risk?
What should I do?

i think i would be extra careful on this since singapore just increased security at airports following an incident.

try calling your travel agent/klm to issue you a written statement that they made an error, hopefully you may use that as a supporting document.
(i have no idea how that is going to work....)
