One thing:
Q: What's with the mood lighting?
A: When you board the plane, you will immediately notice the purple/pinkish glow from the LED mood lighting. Apparently, some psychologist advised the airline
on the colors that will soothe people during different phases of the flight. However, I'm not sure I've noticed the colors ever changing from the initial state.
I'm pretty sure I noticed it change while flying SFO->JFK. Take off during the day, land at night. It went from the pink/purple color to a dark blue/purple.
Also (being picky), I think the formatting is a little out (eg. the occasional line with only one word in it)
