How many millions of people fly every day? Every single one of those names was at some point keyed in by hand by someone. You can be sure you're not the first person this ever happened to. Airlines, customs/immigration authorities and security screening organizations know this.
If absolutely no errors at all were allowed it would be permanent total chaos at airports.
The general policy is to accept up to three wrong letters. You'll be fine, especially since your name is long enough and (in most parts of the world) unusual enough that your identity will not be in question.
(My name is a bit unusual and gets misspelled from time to time, too. I have never been turned away from a flight as a result.)
