In response to your feedback (and various flyertalk feeds) we’ve developed and introduced a new online tool that makes it easier to search for reward flight availability online.

You can now:
-Search not only by city, but also country or region. (So if you know you want to go to the USA on certain dates, just type that in and it'll tell you all the cities available.)
-By number of BA Miles you want to spend.
-By specific date, or months (up to 12 months in advance)
-See the results as a map or in a list
-Use the tool to look for availability for Miles for Upgrade and mixed cabin bookings.

If your first choice isn’t available at on a particular date, you’ll also be able to see what other cities in that country/region are.
