Yah, this happened to me too. I made it past checkin, waited the obligitory 30 minutes in line for US Customs and when I got there, the nice man commented on how pretty my picture was and that he liked my hair longer than short. I felt like an idiot.....I went home, gave my wife her passport and back to the airport with my own and made it on the plane. Whew.
