My wife was flying YOW-LHR non stop last Saturday and then connecting to BMI to Dublin. I dropped her at YOW and she checked in at the AC counter where they checked her passport and then dropped off the bag with plenty of time to spare. When she was ready to go through Airport Security, she opened her passport phot page to put the boarding card on the photo page and noticed that she had taken MY passport by mistake. . Does not say much about the passport check by the AC agent.
By the time she noticed this, the flight was to leave in less than an hour but luckily, she got hold of me on my cell so I was able to get her the correct passport in time for her to catch the flight.
So is this a first or has happened before to some one!!
