I'd never seen that in person, was pretty cool to watch! Is this common? Have others seen or boarded a plane this way before?
deplaned once last year just after Mesaba took over station operations in Virginia - we were told they "lost" the key's to the jet bridge....man it's slow deplaning that way, especially if you're in row 1
