I'm constantly impressed at how many people are carrying blue boarding passes as they pass me on their way to the back, even people who look like business travellers. It's amazing how much even being a premier (I haven't had much of a chance to enjoy PremEx yet) has changed my flying lifestyle and how much more enjoyable the whole experience is (other than the fact that I now have all of this "has my upgrade cleared yet" stress, which I never had before I made premier, so maybe that stress-induced heart attack is coming sooner as a result )

So I second the primary thesis, even for an ailing airline...
