My bank quoted me 5.75%, 0 points, low cost fees or perhaps no fees for my super jumbo loan. While tempted by the miles, most of the mileage lenders rates were just slightly higher and I could not justify the additional % for loads of miles ... almost 112,500! Since I want the lowest fixed rate available, I prefer the savings over the miles.
